Description:

Accenture is looking for a Pursuit Writing Associate to join its bid enablement and content management team in Bangalore. In this writing role, you will act as a core Proposal Writer, responsible for drafting clear, compelling, and compliant content for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and executive sales collateral. You will collaborate with Response Managers, Sales Operations, and global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate abstract technical solutions and value propositions into highly persuasive client-facing narratives. Your objective will be to progress initial proposal text blocks to an advanced (80–90%) draft state, ensuring tight compliance with brand voice, template formatting standards, and legal ESG questionnaires.

Requirements:

• Any Graduation degree (Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related technical disciplines is highly preferred).
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in business writing, proposal editing, bid documentation, or corporate content management.
• Strong structural familiarity with standard corporate proposal templates, formatting protocols, and document styles inside Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).
• Direct hands-on experience using Generative AI tools and semantic prompt search to research technical details, draft baseline text variations, and source existing collateral efficiently.
• Ability to map technical requests and precisely extract multi-tenant data indicators, including supplier diversity numbers, public sector compliance items, security documentation, and ESG questionnaire metrics.
• Comfortable interviewing technical architects and business leads to capture and synthesize complex architectural details into clear, easily digestible summaries for non-technical clients.
• High attention to visual and textual detail, with an ability to meet strict delivery turnaround times, optimize boilerplate utilization rates, and maintain a high first-draft acceptance rate.
